The concept is that the Assessment Toolbox can help companies find round pegs (talent) that fit in round holes (jobs). The person ( or round peg) is central in the middle, the circle around the person displays the talent or skill and the outer circle depicts the industry, environment. These sweet spot is found when these three areas find the perfect fit.
